Common questions
How do Court Credits work?
East or West half is 1 Court Credit per hour. Full court and volleyball are 2 Court Credits per hour. Parties and events aren't eligible for Court Credits and must be booked separately.
What happens if I run out?
You can continue booking anytime, or buy more Court Credits from your portal — Court Pass: 4 for $35, 8 for $65, 12 for $90. All-Star: 4 for $30, 8 for $55, 12 for $75. Purchased Court Credits never expire. All-Star members automatically receive 10% off eligible bookings once both their monthly and purchased Court Credits are used. Court Pass members pay the regular booking price after credits are used.
Do I need to use all my Court Credits at once?
No. Use your Court Credits whenever you'd like during your monthly billing cycle. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.
How far in advance can I book?
Members can book up to 7 days in advance.
What happens to my Court Credits if I cancel a reservation?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your reservation and all Court Credits used for that booking are automatically returned to your account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows, forfeit those Court Credits. If Layton Courts cancels a reservation (maintenance, emergency, weather, etc.), all Court Credits are automatically returned.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Court Credits until the end of your current cycle.
Do Court Credits roll over?
No — Court Credits reset to your monthly amount on your renewal date. Use them or lose them.
